GALENA COUNTRY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING

May 30, 2012

1. Roll Call: Present were Sam Macias, Judy Baatrup, Kate Cardinalli, Eddie Lorton and Treasurer Julie Freemyer.  Absent: Don Verhoef
2. Treasurer’s Report:  Account balance: $13,001 – Reserve balance: $16,666. Total A/R: $7,230   Reminder:  Past due accounts of 2 billing periods are subject to lien.  All liens filed will be verified against balance due just prior to filing.  Administrative Fee of $50 will be assessed at time of filing.
3. Collection notices sent to the 4 properties with liens filed against them.
4. CC&R Violations:

Various discussion on violation notices sent and further action to be taken.

Mainly notice of Trailers not behind 6ft fence and Weed Notices.

1. Old Business:
   1. Solar Lights:  the new sets of 3 lights installed at each Entrance, East and West, were stolen.  Now replaced with set of 2/ea Spotlights.
   2. Speed Humps – As discussed at General Meeting, we are moving forward with steps necessary to install speed humps.  HOA will research permits needed to install.  Homeowners will receive a “request for signature” on petition to add undulation on Telluride and Sundance in their June, 2012 Dues Request.
   3. Park Sidewalk Status – Work to be completed in June
   4. New Business:
      1. Set Recurring meeting date – After May 30^th date, meetings held monthly on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month.
