Issues with EBMC crediting HOA payments this summer?

Has anyone else had issues having their HOA dues credited to their account this summer? Our payment was deducted form our checking account June 3rd, but never credited.

I sent EBMC a copy of the cancelled check via email as a pdf file, but it appears EBMC has issues with their mail client software because it allows messages to go through but blocks attachments – probably a fairly simple setting in Outlook. Has anyone else tried sending EBMC an attachment only to find out they were not receiving it?

I left the back and forth emails with them with a question but haven’t heard back from them for over a week. I hope they fixed their technical issues and resolved the problem with the credit of our payment. Still waiting for any kind of communication back.
