I understand that the HOA will not allow autopay, maybe because of the extra fee charged by credit card companies for the convenience. Would you consider setting up autopay from a checking account, since you accept checks now it should be easy to set up. If you will not do this for us homeowners how about including an addressed return envelope with our bill? Marked as spam
