ive gotten a couple of letters about property violations and tried to take care of them . its very frustrating the way they are written tactlessly and threateningly. i would suggest rewriting them like you are a human being and not a yard fascist would help more then the way you are writing them now and more importantly and its ludicrous that this is not policy
1 write a polite human notice before threatening people
2 if your taking all this time to mail out and write up alleged offense take 30 seconds to print a marked up photo of said offense so we can accurately fix said offense we might not see what you see
3 if everyone who hear’s your name make comments of fascist or nazi or jerk or mean or evil ( I’ve left out the profane names of almost all board members I’ve heard referenced in such a way) maybe you should try and Be a better person. every interaction you have with people through GCE is still an interaction with a human being with their own lives they are living . so try NOT being a negative impact on them with how you treat them.
