Why aren’t there phone numbers available for members of the board? I received a letter from the HOA telling me I was going to be fined daily starting in two days because my yard had weeds. I had just finished weeding two days prior. I wanted clarification as to whether I was now in compliance. Members of the Architectural Committee did not send the letter even though they were supposed to oversee compliance. They, at least, have numbers to call. I had to find the addresses of the President of the HOA and the man who signed the letter, but they weren\’t home when I visited.
