GALENA COUNTRY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING

March 23, 2014

1. Roll Call: Present were Sam Macias, Judy Baatrup and Treasurer, Julie Freemyer   Not Present were Don Verhoef, Eddie Lorton and  Robin Orr

1. Treasurer’s Report:    Account balance: $24,223 – Reserve balance: $20,861 Total A/R:  $8,505    Reminder:  Past due accounts of 2 billing periods are subject to lien.  All liens filed will be verified against balance due just prior to filing.  Administrative Fee of $50 will be assessed at time of filing.

1. CC&R Violations:
   1. Various discussion on violation notices sent.  Biggest number of violations being Trailers.

1. Old Business:

Mari Jo Betterley of Better Reserve Consultants attended the meeting to discuss the Reserve Account allocations.
