BOARD OF DIRECTORS GALENA COUNTRY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING
May 24, 2016
1. Roll Call: Present were Sam Macias, Judy Baatrup, Eddie Lorton
Treasurer, Julie Freemyer Not present: John Lusac
2. Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s Report for April, 2016 Account balance: $19,165 – Reserve balance: $13,572 Total A/R: $5,893 Reminder: Past due accounts of 2 billing periods are subject to lien. All liens filed will be verified against balance due just prior to filing. Administrative Fee of $50 will be assessed at time of filing.
3. CC&R Violations: Various discussions on violation notices sent. Violation notices sent for “Trailers and RV’s not parked behind fence” and “Weeds” will now be combined on one notice with a box to check for applicable violation. The notice will be addressed to HOMEOWNER AND MEMBER HOA, with Notice Date, Homeowner name and “must comply by” date hand written on the notice.

4. Old Business:

 Sign installation at entrance into Galena Country Estates on Snowmass Dr and Sundance intersection completed.
 Homeowners with easements must be cleared or HOA will clear the easement and assess the homeowner the cost of clearing. Notice added to HOA website and sent in mailing with Mid-year dues notice giving homeowners until August 1, 2016 to clear easements.
5. New Business: Property maps showing lot lines to be posted on GALENACOUNTRYESTATES website
