BOARD OF DIRECTORS
GALENA COUNTRY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING
January 20, 2015
1. Roll Call: Present were Sam Macias, Judy Baatrup, Eddie Lorton
Treasurer, Julie Freemyer; Not Present: Robin Orr
2. Homeowner appeared before the board to discuss violation notice sent
3. Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s Report for January, 2015 Account balance: $23,666 – Reserve balance: $13,813 Total A/R: $15,585 Reminder: Past due accounts of 2 billing periods are subject to lien. All liens filed will be verified against balance due just prior to filing. Administrative Fee of $50 will be assessed at time of filing.
4. CC&R Violations: Various discussion on violation notices sent. Violation notices sent for Trailers and RV’s not parked behind a fence.
5. Old Business:
• Voting on 2014 Holiday lights contest. Next year’s contest will be awarded using different criteria. Homeowners that decorate will receive a reduction on their June statement.
6. New Business:
• Eddie will check the Speed Sign to see why it is not lit.
• General Meeting will be held at the S. Valleys Library on Tuesday, March 17 (if the library is available. Alternate date is Tuesday, March 31)
• Need to vote in (1) 3 year board member and (2) 1 year board members
