BOARD OF DIRECTORS
GALENA COUNTRY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING
January 18, 2018

1. Roll Call: Present were Sam Macias, Judy Baatrup, Jaime Aranda, John Lusak, Joe Enman and Treasurer:  Julie Freemyer
2. Treasurer’s Report:  Treasurer’s Report for Jan, 2018 Account balance: $19,049 – Reserve balance: $10,504 Total A/R:  $14,429    Reminder:  Past due accounts of 2 billing periods are subject to lien.  All liens filed will be verified against balance due just prior to filing.  Administrative Fee of $50 will be assessed at time of filing.
3. CC&R Violations: Various discussions on violation notices sent. Violation notices sent for Trailers and RV’s not parked behind a 6’ solid fence.  Easements must be maintained by the property owner, it is not responsibility of HOA to pull weeds and sagebrush and pick up the garbage on your property.  Sagebrush must be trimmed to 6 ft on center.
4. Old Business:

• Revised CC&R’s from lawyer to be completed by end of January.

5. New Business:

• “Reserve Specialist” to do Reserve Study. To be processed by May 31.
• Discussion on potential hiring of management company
