Is it possible to apply for a variance from the HBOA to a CC&R Use Restriction? Specifically, 1.12 Pets and Livestock?

The CC&R’s do not have a provision for a variance at this time.
The HOA board welcomes your attendance at the General Meeting on March 31 and looks forward to discussing your request at the meeting.
