We have had two major windstorms recently, and as I drive by daily by the corner house at 2230 Snowmass Drive, the homeowner here refuses to remove a single plastic grocery bag that has been wrapped up in a tree for over a month. All the leaves are gone on the tree and I request that someone inform the homeowner here to remove the bag as it is a daily eyesore. Marked as spam
