Please let me know how homeowners have been notified of meetings in writing? Also when/where were we notified that this message board exists? I found out via neighbor word-of-mouth. Nothing but a dues bill was sent with the January 2015 billing. I believe date, location and time of homeowners meetings should be communicated to all members in writing per NRS, not just on a tiny unlit sign sometimes thrown up at entrances.

Meeting dates are posted on this website and are included in the monthly meeting minutes. We have a newsletter coming out before our general meeting in March. The newsletter will include information regarding our website and message board.

Meeting minutes from the fall of 2013 included updates related to the new website.

The meeting date for the Annual General Meeting is 3/31/15 at 7pm. Location will be the South Valley Library. Hope to see you there.
