Please let me know how homeowners have been notified of meetings in writing? Also when/where were we notified that this message board exists? I found out via neighbor word-of-mouth. Nothing but a dues bill was sent with the January 2015 billing. I believe date, location and time of homeowners meetings should be communicated to all members in writing per NRS, not just on a tiny unlit sign sometimes thrown up at entrances. Marked as spam
