Farm animals

I believe there is a chicken coop at 363 Mt Snow Ct in the backyard. Rooster is crowing as early as 5:00 in the morning. I believe Farm animals are not allowed according to CCR’s? Can anyone confirm?

1.12 Pets and Livestock

No livestock, fowl, or other animals, other than dogs, cats, or other common and ordinary house pets may be kept on individual lots within the subdivision.
