How do I obtain a copy of CC&Rs that our association currently operates under? The redlined pdf on our website is an unapproved document. Where can I download the current CC&Rs that are approved? What is the best way to address disturbing noises from wind chimes? Does our association recommended we deal with CC&R violations like that ourselves or is there some kind of a process to go through for resolution? It would be nice if a resolution protocol was spelled out in our CC&Rs. Marked as spam

Hello. You will find the current CC&R’s under “Declaration of Covenants”. As for noise from wind chimes, that is not addressed in the CC&R’s. Marked as spam
