The people who are renting 80 deer valley ct have two aggressive dogs that are allowed to roam in supervised. I have had 2 encounters with the dogs. One, a neighbor asked if I would walk down to the bus stop with her to get her kids, because these 2 dogs where aggressively barking and running at the children. Two, my wife and I where walking out small dog, when the same two dogs ran up on us again. Nearly bighting our dog. This time the owner was outside. I proceeded to tell him to come get his dogs, and that they need to be tied up or in the back yard. He replied with some rude comments, and nothing was done. This needs to be addressed now! Before someone gets hurt! I know the home is being rented, so the home owner needs to be informed of the negligent tenants. Also they have a large boat parked on the side of the house, not behind a six ft fence. This needs to be addressed also!

Thank you for your post. This is the information found on the Washoe County Animal Control Website:

What can I do about my neighbor’s dog that is always loose?

Call WCRAS dispatch at 322-DOGS (3647) and they will give you the information that you need and may dispatch an officer to the location if the dog is currently at large. They will need your address and the address where the dog lives. You may also file a complaint online.

I love how u guys want every one to report any ” problems” on this stupid message board, and no one replies, or addresses any issues posted in the last 5 months. Sounds like we need to vote some board members in who actually care about our neiborhoods safety, instead of just collecting dues and handing out citations.
